Directions for use:

Remember the big secret is to stay dry. Moisture between you toes promotes fungus. Use a hair drier on your feet after bathing - it does a terrific job.
Rub your socks between your toes before you put them on or when they feel damp. This really helps!
Caffeine and other drugs promote sweating.
WASH THOSE FEET. If you have a fungus infection using FUNGASOAP twice a day is not excessive.
Throw away your white cotton socks. They are better than polyester, but they hold and retain water which doesn't help a thing. Try silk/merino wool blend hiking socks instead.
