i have been buying this fragrance for my father for the past few years since it came out. it is absolutely divine. i could bathe in it! it is rich, woody, earthy, and so DIFFERENT. it is very manly! it is not your run of the mill mall fragrance! he always gets tons of compliments when he wears it. also, the smell lasts. it has been my favorite cologne for the past few years.

Terre D'Hermes has a wonderful woodsy fragrance that stays for hours! It was unavailable in stores, so I went to Amazon.com to look. I was thriled to find it, plus find it at a bargain price!! This fragrance is my husband's favorite because of its lasting power.

Well I must say that I was'nt prepared for such an intense,long-lasting fragrance.I had tried other Hermes products,esp.Verte D'Orange regular strength and the Verte D'Orange Concentree,and was wowed by the Concentree.However,these fragrances were pale cousins to the Terre D'Hermes!The first time I applied it,I overdid it,expecting the fragrance to be as the same level of potentcy as the other two Hermes products.Abig mistake.Only two spritzes of this wonderful fragrance are that is needed for all day enjoyment.Patchouli is what you notice first,and as that wears off,a second,third,and then a fourth layer waft into your person,and this is after Six hours at the office.Many pleasing compliments,from both sexes.A triumph!Signed,John Titcombe.

We had gotten a fragrance strip in the mail from a renowned retailer. When we looked at the price, my husband said "no thanks." I could tell he really wanted the fragrance, so I checked Amazon.com. Sure enough - it was there and quite discounted! It is exactly the same spray that was at the retail store. Thanks so much, Amazon!
